Attrition is common sense. Where are people going? Overseas perhaps but nobody else is really hiring and most kids don't have the gumption to wear a uniform. The -900 is a very senior left seat while very jr in the right. That has nothing to do with it. They are understaffed on the -200 side for sure and the lack of stability period is not going to allow any solid answers.
