Dude if you have 600 hrs and you want to fly for 9E, why are you not trying just as hard to go to Mesaba, who is hiring? We have all the same bases, and you'd move up a lot faster there if you could get hired (not sure how competitive you'd be over there at 600 hours, but you should be instructing or doing something flying-wise right now if you're so gung-ho about getting hired somewhere).
Seriously...why are you not trying to XJ or even Colgan right now??? Not doggin on my own company or anything, but you seem pretty obsessed with 9E, who isn't hiring, when there are other places that are hiring...

It's 8 crew per jet. Crew means a hopefully competent CPT a green FO and most likely a retired FA.
Go where they are hiring. The attrition does not matter due to the fact that this industry is full of bridge program kids that have no business in the left seat and will have to wait anyway. If captains leave the upgrade time will still be slow. Remember street captains only get the pay and responsibility but none of the benefits ALPA has forgotten about....SENIORITY!
