What is the purpose of a "New" Pinnacle new hire classes thread when there are no Pinnacle new hires?
Hey...what about starting a Pinnacle orders new 757's thread? Or a Pinnacle becomes it's own major thread...or even more outlandish: Pinnacle signs a TA!

i have no clue why anyone would leave their jobs looking at the current market and such low demand for pilots when most of the other regionals are not hiring, instead furloughing. i fail to understand why they would leave and where do they go?
also when you speculate that hiring will start again in jan, are you referring to classes coming back up or interviews etc? thanks so much for the help

There are currently about 200 people in the pool, but don't let that discourage you. Many are furloughees who may not want to give up their seniority numbers when it comes time to start class. Although plans can change at any time, it looks like there will be no new hire classes until at least January. Maybe not until March.
Good luck.

Why are there so many complaints when someone starts a new thread? Maybe he doesn't wanna sift through 50+ pages of garbage to find anything useful. A new thread is streamlining the process. Are you worried about server space or something? Find something worthwhile to complain about.

There are a few (very few) captains leaving for places like Southwest and fractionals. A few Capts and FO getting out of the business and getting real jobs.

i am hearing that it is 7-10 guys attrition rate per month, sound about right? and is this mainly from the 900s or the 200's? any idea?
one more thing someone mentioned to me was that they are short staffed on fo's but overstaffed on capt's. again is this accurate? but where is the short staffing... on which aircraft 900 or 200?
