I'm not at 9E, but it'll depend on how long reserve goes. If there's no new hires coming through, and attrition is low, It's difficult to know how long a person is on reserve. For the most junior people there right now, Reserve is probably lasting quite a while, cause there's no one junior to you, and the movement up is very very slow.

Once you get a line, i typically would guestimate around 85 hrs a month of flight time. Might be a little below that some months, and above on others, but it worked to a nice average, and also worked for a good average for setting a budget....YOU'LL NEED THAT AS A FIRST YEAR FO.
