That is an interesting theory, maybe someone should tell SWA, DAL, FDX, UPS that they need to hire 1000-1500 hour guys to lower their failure rates. I am just trying to figure out what is going on. Xelectro I appreciate your input. I am trying to find out if I may get an opportunity or I will be blackballed because I have "too much experience" and I may leave in 3 years when things turn around, just as almost all of those with 3 years in would do to. And who knows maybe I would choose to stay, I am starting to get at an age where hopping around being on the bottom of seniority lists does not make sense.
