I work at Penair. I am counting the days until I leave. Job security sucks. Management relies on scare tactics and brute force to get their way. We are unorganized and offer poor customer service. Summer months and a few winter months usually involve at least 18 days of work with an average of 12 hours spent at work each day. Trust me when I say that the grass is not greener on this side.
