Your job is running the company. It is pretty obvious who you are when your thread history is examined. You even advocate charging for sodas and snacks on another thread. Only the guy cashing the checks would try to justify charging a dollar for a soda when the passenger is already paying as much as a grand for a round trip ticket.

If we don't go union maybe we should just all go to the feds and tell them we work too hard and we would prefer to fly 121 flight and duty times. That would result in a 30-40% increase in pilot positions.

Pick your poison. In the long run, a union would be much cheaper.
