If you think you can fly without totally upsetting your life to the point where you will not be able to finish the MBA then I guess it would be alright. I am sure that you could do it while instructing since you will be in control of your schedule and already know the job. However if you were able to launch an airline career in the middle of your MBA then you will be too busy during your first year on the line learning the job to finish.
