SWA is a great company, however, you need to have a great attitude in whatever you do...grow where you are planted and it will consume others too like an infectious disease. I think SWA works hard at this mantra. I work for CAL and love it, why? I try to have the same spirit and fun in everything I do, regardless if circumstances or people that I cannot control.
