As far as long term, he's just CEO, not a permanant employee. Give his wife 12 months to get sick of Cincitucky and there will be yet another to fill his spot...
I think it's telling that he shows up and has no answers to these important questions other than:
"I have no clue, I'm brand new. I'm gonna come back after the holidays, wander around for a month or two, get to know the folks and the operation and then maybe by next spring I can start to work on a plan..." Now that's the kind of leadership that will take our company to the top!
Do anyone think he researched, rehearsed, and interviewed for this position... or just drew the short straw?
