I'm going to venture and say, you have an office on the second floor and your name is similar to.....Hontie Lates? Well either way you can go hunker down in the fox hole, let someone else do the dirty work.

Serving my fellow pilots.....on my knees forever. T.T.
Absolutely I bring up the money aspect quite often. That's very important to me with bills to pay, a family to raise, and for me it has a direct correlation to my quality of life. Financial compensation is not a real issue, I get that. PenAir payscale is rather impressive for a regional. Part of what a union does is negotiate a standard payscale, I also understand that.

I am not part of management personnel. I am a pilot with PenAir, and again, no ties to management. I don't have an office. I only visit the second floor when I have business to conduct there. Heck, you probably might even see me several times a week. You can know me as Joe the Pilot
