From what i just gathered, Mesa outcome has absolutely no relevance in Comairs future. Apparently with the merger and flow throughs with Mesaba and Compass, the new contracts and language prohibit any growth to the wholly owned unless there is a flow through agreement and some other language. Since our agreement has no provisions Comair pretty much is prohibited from any growth hence the reason the last 900 went to Mesaba. Keep in mind this is the bare bones of this and i have no other details as this is Attorney cr@p, but you get the jest. Not to spread more gloom but do not count out yet another displacement in the near future....I'm batting 1000 on my info from source so I am hoping I am WRONG on this one.
