The guys and gals at Colgan rarely know the week before. There are no set dates and you may have to rebid after the lines you just submitted were reworked to make each one equal at 11 days off with reserve days and stand ups! If the awards aren't out you just show up on the first to see if you fly, but knowing Colgan, you'll sit "hot reserve" anyway for no pay But seriously, no consistency with bid packages, no firm dates for awards, no grace period for trip trades and absolutely no dropping trips.
