Good insight. Obviously, every situation is different and a different fit for you and your families' situation. If I could have done it all over again, I would stay military for 20, get that health care and furlough "insurance" paycheck, and THEN get hired by the airlines/cargo carriers. Of course, you are a bit older, but you don't have two full time jobs (airlines/guard-reserve). But again, whatever is right for you, is RIGHT.
