The contract says we can returned lease aircraft on schedule, not dump owned aircraft.
As far as oversights, there are plenty of "oversights" in the contract bigger than that one.
Your right Boomer. The A/C are up for sale and are company owned. It does not look good for Comair right now.............and the band played on.
You would think that the Company would allow furloughees to work in other capacities in the company, but according to some, they have been telling people not to expect a call back. This economy sucks. I wonder how long it will be before the flight side of the operation is finally....shut down?
