No offense, but you must be really bad at reading. The letter specifically states the conditions required for employment. Granted, if you DON'T read all of it, it can be misleading. However, the letter states your offer of employment is conditional pending review of all of your records, interview notes, and final agreement of the interview panel.

Sorry you didn't get the job, but the letter was pretty clear.

If this sounds more like your case, if I were you, I probably wouldn't sue them.
