C. Recall procedures (CWA 22.C): "When the Company recalls a furloughed pilot, he will be notified of recall, in writing, in order of system seniority. She's talking about the furlough letter itself..not the recall letter that is never going to come.
I believe the closest thing it says to "recall" is "we're working to bring you back as soon as we can, you're a valued part of the Comair team"..or something like that
