"my cousin said i got a seat in first class" and on and on. It was embarrassing. The worst thing was is this guy ended up getting a seat and i watched the plane leave.
This is too funny. I was at LGA the other day and saw this hot girl (very stupid, I must add) arguing with the gate agent about not getting a seat on her flight to Detroit. She was on buddy pass and OBVIOUSLY wasn't gonna get a seat flying standby during the Thanksgiving weekend.
You have to be an idiot to rely on a buddy pass on high peak travel periods. The gate agent was actually cracking up at the girl's stupidity. I was waiting for my flight. This girl went back and forth four times to the gate agent, insisting on getting a seat. The gate agent shook her head in disbelief, smiling at the girl's ignorance.
