I think this is completely your call. Aeronautical Science under many universities is the broad spectrum of it all. Below that you could have Professional Aeronautics, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Research, etc. This is purely my opinion and not from Mesaba, so take it for what it's worth.

I believe that the link was mis-typed. It should say ME Certificate (or something of the sort) and the ATP should be a selection along with the CMEL. So I think it's asking which ME certificate do you have, Commercial or ATP.
