Be confident in your ability to go through training. People with that much time have successfully interviewed, selected, trained, and flew 747s as their 'First' part 121 airliner.

I'm confident, but I know that some of the higher time, 121 guys on here really dislike it if a low time pilot gets a job over them. I was confident through my entire training, busting my butt to fly as much as I could, and to learn as much as I could. My 2nd time doing slow flight, I was only +-20 feet. Aviation has always been a passion of mine, and I know that some say time = experiance, but I would say that I am far more experianced than what my time shows.
