CVG may still have plenty of block hours, just not
Comair in CVG. Nowdays you've got Freedom, Pinnacle, ASA, and CHQ with enough Cincy flying to have pilot bases here (not official bases, but should be). Plus SKW doing the salt-in-the-wound trips (CVG-ATL, CVG-MSP, etc).
Back in the day 35,000 Cincy hours meant 35,000 Comair hours, but I guess Delta saw the error of that in 2001.
