The basic problem is the folks in CTA don't get a copy of the SIG notes and have no idea what's newly 'legal' and what's not. Which means you usually have to get your ACP involved. I'm told that they are working toward a solution, but it's still that left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing thing (or was it left brain, right brain ).
