I've known guys that got hired at 1200/50 but they went to the PA31. You have to work your way up to the Metro. Pilots with turbine PIC (I would guess) could get hired straight into the Metro/1900. I don't know what they are looking for exactly. They don't really mention it at the their website. Which, by the way, has a nice route map.
