I agree, it's not owned by anyone. However it was also said that the process of bringing this program back into place would cost near a few million dollars. Not sure if any of this is true, but it could very well be that our ASAP certificate or agreement now belongs to compass or a new holding company. Think about how quiet this MEC has been over the past two months. All they have said is that we are hiring new lawyers for the merger possibility. Oh, yeah, and that they are thinking about our guy on furlough.
