Not to stir the pot anymore but I flew with a captain last week who said in his ground class the FAA Ramp Tower controller said that concourse C was only going to be empty for 1 month until someone else was going to occupy the space. He said the guy would not say who but only that they operated RJ's (Obviously since it is a RJ only space.) "Why would the FAA guy lie? He has no dog in the fight"(direct quote from the captain!)
