Nah, I don't think so, unless Delta is going to kick Continental Express out to the C terminal.
I bet Everyone that operates RJs from T-1 will go to Concourse C. Also, Skywest, Continental, and Freedom. They are building a very nice bus stop outside security to transport people somewhere and I believe C is the only place to go with that.
