It's all about the customer and if you are on your 10 hour rest and the freight is ready 1 hour before you come off rest, you bet your sweet ass I'm calling you to get moving at exactly 10 hours and 1 minute after rest started. Without the customer, we don't fly. I don't understand why some of you pilot are thick headed. I understand rest time, being an ADX, but in 135, it's a different game.
