Check out Galvin Flying. I have heard nothing but good things about them. (www.galvinflying.com) They have a pretty large fleet, and the airplanes are all relatively new ones. I don't know about pay or benefits, but give them a call and check it out. I know that just about all of their instructors that go the airline route usually get picked up at Horizon --- not a bad deal, huh?
