I'm not sure about your current situation or which riddle campus you went to, but why do you want to relocate to the Seattle area to flight instruct? If you went to the campus in PRC then why not flight instruct in AZ? My plan is to move back to Arizona after I get my CFI and go flight instruct there, not all the crappy WX and you can get plenty of hours...Ya I love the Seattle area and it has it's share of beautiful days especially during this time of the summer but compare that to some place like Scottsdale, AZ which averages 360 days VFR a year... just make sure you do your training in the mornings during the summer...
