Is there any strategy to delay? Are MD's done in seniority order?
Displacement to new bases?
An Advancement (a choice) is preferable to a Displacement (little choice). Company too must realize there is a cost, in addition to the cost of training. Morale, the ability to pick up trips if you are forced to commute ... etc.
BTW - the CPO should pay you for your work on the board. You are saving a lot of carpet wear in the vicinity of the CPO door as well all try to gain SA on where this thing is headed.
