So seniority only while on furlough - longevity only comes extra is you are receiving pay in lieu of notice.
How about this then.
23.B.1.a: A pilot will be recalled in order of seniority. When a pilot is recalled, his longevity date will be adjusted forward by the amount of time spent on furlough.
Sounds like accrueing longevity to me.
