My question is, why are they over staffing the right seat of the 88, everywhere? The Captains have more vacation, training, sick time, etc... but in every base they have 30 extra FO's. Are they just parking these guys rather than furlough them?

If so, MD88 FO might not be bad, if I could bid reserve, weekends off, and never touch the thing.
