I just asked about this during my last PC and apparently asked to late. All it is at my company is getting the director of training to approve it and if the Captain adminstering your PC doesnt mind and you clear it with him they will make it happen.

An FO PC at my company is the same nearly as the ATP ride and only a few small modifications would need to be made. We do an IMC circle to land as well as steep turns and stalls and single engine missed approach.

It depends on the company and I am sure is a per case basis but it can be done. This is assuming you are of course just asking for the ATP and NOT to be PIC typed with the ATP.
