To me it looks like the guys with 10-20 YOS make out the best. Unlimited pass benefits and almost 5 months pay. A quick glance at the seniority list shows that the 55 point program is available to the top 555 pilots and the early out is available to pilots 968 and higher.

If they are going to give a pilot flying benefits for 5 years, then why would that pilot need any yield fare tickets? Are yield fare tickets just like purchasing a buddy pass for yourself? Or are they saying that you would have flying bennies for 5 years on Comair and Delta and unlimited yield fare tickets on others in the Delta System for 5 years, or yield fare tickets for life?
