Noticed the same. Been trying to use 18 hrs of OTP before it gets taken out of my check with no luck. Suspect scheduling is holding back trips and assigning them to reserves to boost utilization. But there's no way to prove that since we can't see behind the curtain. Can any Reserves confirm my theory? Are they beeing used more?
