Maybe I'm as lost as you are, but I think you are mixing up the two different buy out plans.

The "Early Out" plan is the one that gives people with at least 5 years of service at Comair a year of unlimited yield fare travel for each year of service.

Example: 5 years at Comair, 5 years of unlimited yield fare travel.

The "55 Point Early Retirement Plan" is plan number 2 for people with either 10 years of service and age + years of service = 55. Or 25 years of service. They would receive unlimited travel at S3B and yield fare for non-dependents or other passriders.
