The "Early Out" plan is the one that gives people with at least 5 years of service at Comair a year of unlimited yield fare travel for each year of service.

Example: 5 years at Comair, 5 years of unlimited yield fare travel.

The "55 Point Early Retirement Plan" is plan number 2 for people with either 10 years of service and age + years of service = 55. Or 25 years of service. They would receive unlimited travel at S3B and yield fare for non-dependents or other passriders.

Hope that helps.
Not confusing them. The early buyout plan has a number of bullet points next to it for employees with 5 years of service as of Dec. 31, 2009. One bullet point says Unlimited Yield fare tickets, while another one says one year per year of service. Or does the early out program imply that even the employee wouldn't get regular pass privileges, but they could purchase unlimited yield fare tickets for themselves? Essentially would be eligible to purchase an S4 ticket for themselves. If that is what that means, then this is crap.
