So would this be 10 weeks pay + pay for your vacation? Technically you've been awarded your vacation so that should be included.

You wouldn't think many people would take this, but I have been talking with numerous FOs that are considering going back to school full-time. For them this might actually help. I would say that everything but the flying benefits portion of this is decent. What more could you expect from a nickel-and-dime store?
