And thanks for completely dumbing down the ramp tower's job description. You obviously have a full working knowledge of what those guys do on a daily basis. Or is it there is more than just ramp control? Maybe team coordinator? Snow Desk? Connections coordinator? Exceptions? November Queue? Maybe you should go up and meet some of those you are accusing sometime and actually learn what goes on behind the scenes. You would never believe the things they do for us crews that you will never know about.
