file with the state the you live in....in massachusetts, as long as you have worked atleast 1 day in the state and currently reside in the state, you are eligible to collect no matter where your current employer is located...example: I live in mass, have worked at a mass employer before coming to Comair, worked for Comair in NY and am eligible to collect in mass
