HOLY COW THAT IS A LOT OF MDs... A LOT... about 33 pages worth

A lot of 777, 765s MDs too, and a big chunk of ATL ER and a lot of Captains displaced. I'd post it, but its very very long. I mean, a quick count I think there are 38 categories system wide and just about everyone of them had a VD or MD.... not all, but nearly.
