I viewed it on VIPS and then could not find it again either, but I read your post first and copied it before I hit continue. Here it is.

Memphis August Inbound Times

For those of you who experience the Memphis arrival congo line nightly,
you are also aware of the departure congo line too.

In an effort to relieve the sort a little so that outbound flights operate
like they are supposed to (i.e., on time), many inbound flights have been
rescheduled 5 minutes earlier in an effort to "load" the sort sooner. The
sort is still driven by the West Coast arrivals. which drive the East
Coast departures. However, if there are less boxes in the hub when the
West Coast bank arrives, the better the opportunity for actually getting
the East Coast departures out on time.

Thus, beginning August 21, 2006, the below listed flights will have a 5
(five) minute earlier departure than published in the August bid pack.
These pairings were all checked for legality within the FAR's and the CBA.

So...if 5 minutes early is good, then 10 minutes early would be even
better, right? And what to do if you push late from the inbound station?
Go fast? Initially, let's do it this way. Do your usual great work of
flying as many "directs" as usual while flying your assigned speed. Oil is
down some but not that much, and we need to figure out if this really
helps out or not.

Notice that only about a little over half of the inbounds are moved
up....mostly the early arrivals. If your flight is listed below in the
easy-to-read format I was provided, please check your pairing in the near
future for the change associated with this revision. Too many VIPS notices
to even attempt them. For now, this revision will last until the end of
the August bid period. However, if it helps relieve the sort pressure, we
all know it will carry over into the future. Sorry for the lack of city
identifiers......
