There is a -60C limitation for those CR2's that DO NOT have the latest flap S/B complied with. I know at 9E there are still just a few in the fleet that do not comply. There was a changeover in a certain flap part that supposedly was not changed (on the assembly line) until the last XXX airframes. 9E has most of the last ones (newest) so most already have the part, otherwise they have to be replaced on the older airframes or not operate in temps colder than -60C.
