I sit reserve as a 727 FE 13 of every 28 days. I'm home every day of the month and usually only fly 2 or 3 times. QOL is the best part of the job at UPS, at least in my experience. A lot of guys on this forum have called me crazy and have tried to convince me of how bad it really is at UPS. The guys who fly intl are gone a lot on longer trips, but that is their choice. The 727 and DC-8 have great QOL and go junior. In fact the 11/04 newhires are 14 and 15 on the seniority list out of 45 FOs. So if QOL is what you want, you can have it by bidding the 727/DC-8.
