A buddy of mine just told me that he turned in the paperwork today for the Early Out Program and that only 6 pilots have bitten so far including him. He said he was the only FO so far and that the captains were not real senior ones, but around the 14 year mark. Either folks are waiting until the last second to participate, or you will most likely see another round of Downgrades/Furloughs.
