Holy sh!t the DA dropped the ticket. I couldn't do deferred adjudication because I had a CDL so the D.A. just dismissed the charge. (Deferred adjudication is where you get to pay more and if you are good for 12 months the ticket drops off your record.) Good thing she didn't remember she dismissed my last speeding ticket 14 months ago for the same reason.
I love Denton, TX traffic court. Maybe because they keep dismissing my charges, but probably because the D.A. is pretty hot. The judge and bailiff are pretty laid back too. I never expected that when I moved to TX.
On-demand freight needs to get busier. I got out of this one, but all this free time will eventually get me in trouble.
