I noticed Comair didn't waste any time letting them know I was furloughed and yanked my earned company match (I'm obviously not vested yet.)
My question is, if I was to be recalled would I have any chance of getting that money back?
Not sure what money you are talking about, but I'll assume it is the company matching funds. Since you are on furlough, once -and if- you are recalled, your seniority date will reflect all the time collectively -your hire date + furlough time + recall time-, and since it is the same company, yes you would get the matching funds. But only for those times that you were earning an income. In other words, company should match for all times except for your furlough time -no income, hence no 401k contributions-. Hope this answers your question.
