I suspect that DAL has all the evidence they need...when I worked at MAG my observations led me to believe that operational performance numbers were generated by falsifying OOOI times.
I have personaly witnessed MAG lieing about these in CLT. They do it all the time. However this is on the USA side, but I figure if they would do it to Airways they would do it to Delta.
