There is only about 7 people at Comair that have signed up for the Early Out/Buy Out so far. The chief pilots are saying that they don't expect many more to take the offer, and RP with forecasting and planning says that there will be another displacement bid coming out. He said Downgrades/more furloughs depends on how many people take the bait.

Comair's President is a former Compass guy and he is primarily aligning this operation to that of Compass. I wouldn't doubt a Compass, Mesaba,Comair merger. Compass doesn't have any senior people, so there is no need to trim fat there. Then you see the same programs and Comair and Mesaba. Good luck guys.
