I put in that resume in April 2007 when that window opened. Remember, the one that was looking for Intl overwater experience?
Either something went wacky with both their HR systems or I have the slowest internet connection on record. Or maybe one or both is looking to hire folks soon. Anyone else get these msgs?
In case you haven't seen the other thread, the email you got is perfectly normal due to the "yearly purge" in the HR data system.
Since the position you applied for has been purged from the system (they do it at the end of the year) - your position has been filled because technically it no longer exists. Clear as mudd?
- If you're already a poolie - you're still a poolie.
- If you're an applicant, you'll have to renew once the application window opens up again (usually just update of contact info and flight times & new ratings, etc.)
I think however it'll be a couple of years before a new application window opens up again but I hope I'm wrong...
